Foam hip padding offers a lightweight, thicker alternative to our silicone hip pads.
How to wear: With the plastic protective film still covering the stick-side of the pad, slip the pads into your pants/undies, one on each hip. Adjust in front of the mirror to find just the right spot for you. Then remove the plastic film and press the sticky side against your clothing (soft side toward the body) and the adhesive will hold the pads in place. Just Stick-N-Go® for curves that mesmerize!
